Anthony was one of very few builders that would undertake my difficult project to construct 2 townhouses behind an existing house. It’s extreme slope in land and limited space to build made it a challenge. Anthony’s knowledge of this type of environment was exceptional. I contacted Anthony to develop a site that consisted of 4 double-story town houses. Being my first project of this scale, Anthony was very eager to guide me through the process. Anthony assisted with the demolition of the existing dwelling consulted with architects and myself to ensure the best possible outcome. Anthony also guided me through the difficult procedures of dealing with land surveyors and solicitors to obtain property subdivision and land titles.
